Many women come to counseling feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, disconnected from their foundations, or uncertain how to move forward while still honoring themselves and the people they love. I help women learn to safely be present with their internal and external experiences, recognize the wisdom within their own bodies, and build the capacity to respond to life’s challenges rather than remain in patterns that no longer serve them.
My career began in engineering, where I learned about complex systems and how individual parts work together to create a meaningful whole. Over time, I realized I was less interested in the systems humans create and instead, more curious about the human system itself.
I am a licensed professional counselor, and a certified integrative mental health professional, which means I use a whole-person approach through counseling techniques, education, and lifestyle changes. Additionally, I have training in providing trauma-informed care.
My approach is grounded in the belief that our thoughts, emotions, and physiological experiences provide valuable information to the human system. Through compassionate awareness of these internal signals, we can better understand ourselves, honor our needs, and develop the ability to respond with flexibility and intention.
Together, we’ll build practical skills to cultivate self-compassion, strengthen self-trust, clarify values, develop resilience and flexibility, and create meaningful changes in your life, your relationships, and your community. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you return to your foundation and build a life aligned with who you truly are.

Respond to their emotions, thoughts, and circumstances rather than reacting.
Return to themselves with resiliency, freedom, and purpose.
